It is always easier to learn to control waves of brain activity, when you are in the relaxed condition with closed eyes. When you apply to your consciousness, when you address in depth of yourself, it becomes easier to control your alpha- and theta rhythm. However, it is necessary to learn to control these waves and then when you are turned to an external world.

Close your eyes, free yourself from all thoughts and for some minutes concentrate only on the breath; it will help you to relax.
Walk mentally on all body, controlling that each part of your body has relaxed. Begin with face muscles, neck and shoulders, and then move ahead lower.
Feel internal rest and silence.
Being in the relaxed condition, try to find an image or a symbol, which, in your opinion, reflects that situation, position in an imagined line of a life in which you are at the moment.
You can see simply any color, an image or to feel something, to hear a sound or even a voice. And probably, you will just feel, at what stage of your life you are at this moment.
Keep this feeling when you will leave a meditation condition and return to trading. Now it will be much easier to carry out difficult transactions.
