Relaxation technique
The first step: deep breath – Close your eyes and start to breathe deeply, slowly, and rhythmically. I consider that I have such feeling in the head as though I am a little remote from the real world. Such sensations can become your signal getting you in readiness that you have entered into a zone and are ready to reprogramming of old models through an exposure.
At first it can demand time to enter into a zone. With practice, you can become skillful enough in breath and a relaxation of muscles and to enter into a zone for few minutes or even seconds.
